Substitution Policy

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute by bringing the registrant’s confirmation letter to the IWCE Registration Desk located at the Gaylord Texan Longhorn Lobby C to receive a badge for admission.

NONEX Policy

NONEX Policy As a Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers/Supplier (NONEX), individuals must first be approved by show management to gain access to the show floor. This policy aims to protect the manufacturers exhibiting at IWCE and maintain the show's integrity. Exhibitors are defined as the company contracted and paid for the exhibit space approved by show management.  Associated brands that are not exhibiting do not qualify for the privileges of the paid and contracted exhibitor.  Coupon codes do not apply to any NES. NONEX can attend IWCE for one (1) year to evaluate the event for future participation. Consistent with our current policy, approved or unapproved NONEX will not be allowed to hold offsite events at show-appointed hotel properties or any other venues associated with IWCE.  Suitcasing is a practice on the part of any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the exhibit hall aisles or other public spaces at the facility. You must have a booth on the trade show floor to distribute information and conduct business with attendees. Any person in violation of the IWCE suitcasing policy will be required to leave the facility. All materials must be distributed from a contracted booth secured by IWCE Show Management. Strolling entertainment or moving advertisements outside of an Exhibitor’s assigned booth space or in the public space of the facility is not permitted at any time during the show hours, move-in/move-out.
